Common Questions: Printing Card

Please read the suggestions below for answers to common questions.

Attached to your email receipt there is a link to print out the temporary card, automatically sent to you at the time of purchase.  If you are unable to open the PDF, you may need Adobe Reader installed on your computer.  We can also fax a copy to your employer if needed.  To print from the website,  make sure you are logged in wit your username and password. If you have already paid for your certificate, a Print certificate link should be visible after you click actions. If you do not see this option, there may have been a problem with your payment. Make sure you have received a receipt email from ProTrainings. If you have not received this email and the link does not appear on your home screen, your payment was not properly processed. You may attempt payment again, or call our support number during our work hours to attempt payment over the phone.

First, make sure you are logged in. If you have already paid for your certificate and passed the exam, a Print link should be visible on the home page. If you do not see this option, then your training is not yet complete. You may call our support number during our work hours for assistance.

If you would like a hard copy of your card mailed to you, Click Here, select the wallet card or wall mount certificate for your course, and you should receive it in the mail within 5-7 business days.
