As a recap, incorporate a good stretching program into your lifestyle. At least 6-8 glasses of water a day is necessary for proper nutrition and hydration. Keep excess weight off through good nutrition, limiting simple sugars, and practicing a good exercising habit. Lastly, good posture is a large part of preventing injuries.
